At PetSmart, all of our PetsHotel locations have a UV Air Sanitation System, a state-of-the-art air purification system exclusively designed for the animal care industry. We sanitize all rooms, bowls, toys, play equipment and common areas of the PetsHotel daily and perform additional cleaning measures throughout the day.
With the health and safety of our customers, pets and associates in mind, we have made the following changes:

- Pet isn’t lonely at home
- Home away from home feel
- Pet is safe indoors
- Scheduled safety walks (3x a day)
- Service Card: We track all elements of pet’s stay (feeding, behavior, etc.)
- Separate dogs based on size and temperament (group eligible dogs)
- Ultimate Experience curriculum
- Ex. Socialization (Yappy Hour) and Stimulation (Story Time)
