The health and safety of pets is our priority. Knowing the dietary needs, exercise restrictions or required medications for our guests helps us provide the best experience.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. However, we prefer vaccinations be administered 10 days before check-in. Written proof is required. You must also show proof of meeting state and local pet boarding vaccination requirements. Please check with your local PetSmart to verify/confirm your local requirements.
DPP (Distemper, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza)
1 or 3-yr. vaccine required
Bordetella
Required every 12 months (or as required under the applicable law of your jurisdiction or residence) and at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure maximum efficiency and protection against Kennel Cough. Please note that many veterinarians administer this vaccine only by request.
Rabies
1 or 3-yr. vaccine required. *Rabies per local ordinance
Fleas & Ticks
In addition to vaccinations, all dogs should be flea and tick free. Campers with signs of fleas and/or ticks will be treated at our Grooming Salon at the pet parent’s expense prior to check-in.
Day Camp and Group Playtime Requirements
Campers must be at least 4 months of age. We cannot accept intact (unneutered) male dogs, pregnant females or females in heat into Doggie Day Camp. Furthermore, for the safety of all animals and associates, we cannot accept dogs of the “bully breed” classification or wolves/wolf hybrids including, but not limited to, American Pit Bull Terriers, Miniature Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs, Bull Terriers or mixed breeds that have the appearance or characteristics of one of these breeds. At the sole discretion of PetSmart, some pets may not be permitted. We require that the Pet Parent or Agent dropping off the pet(s) for services is an adult, over the age of 18.

Medication Form Download PDF
This form outlines the medication, vitamins or supplements your pet needs to take during their stay. Call ahead to make sure we accept the medication being administered. We do not administer injections.
All medication must be in its original packaging and clearly labeled with the type of medication and dosage. Over the counter medications can only be accepted when accompanied by a veterinarian’s dosage recommendation. Please note: this service is available for an additional charge.
